WELCOME to the online office of University Analysis and Planning Support (UAPS) at the University of Central Florida. The mission of the UAPS is to enhance the management capability within the University and increase UCF's ability to deliver an educational experience that increases student learning outcomes by providing timely data analysis, planning, and research support across a broad spectrum of management responsibilities, ranging from strategic planning to detailed program management. UAPS provides models and information relying on data that are relevant and meaningful to provide direct support as well as to empower academic and administrative units and external stakeholders to utilize analysis and research results and models to enhance planning and decision-making.
